Ginny Weds Sunny Movie Review

Many filmmakers may not be familiar with Vinod Bachchan. But he made a major contribution to Bollywood as he produced his much-loved rom-com, Apne Waits Manu [2011]. He is now coming back with another film, titled Ginni Vets Sunny. The chemistry between the tracks, superb writing, and short bustier music gave his Vatsa Pete a great time. Can Guinea reach Sunny? Or has it failed to impress the audience? let's study.

Ginni Vets Sunny is the story of a couple amidst a lot of confusion and madness. Satnam Sethi's sister Sunny (Vikrant Massey) lives in Delhi with her father Pilla (Rajeev Gupta), mother Rita (Manga Group), and sister Nimmi (nervous Vyas). Sunny works with her father in her family's hardware store. However, Sunny loves to cook and wants to start a restaurant called 'Tilak Nagar Tandoori Nights'. Poppy clarified that he would agree to fulfill Sunny's dreams only after marriage. Sunny is interested in a girl named Sanya (Venus Singh), but she leaves when she realizes that she wants to marry him so that she can fulfill the restaurant's dream. Contestant Shoba Juneja (Ayesha Rasa) lives in the same area. Unfortunately, he could not find a match for his own son Simran's sister Jini (Yami Kuttam). Ginni is against a good marriage and wants to fall in love before it hurts. Sunny had a crush on Sunny ever since they were in school. When Bobby asks Shobha to find a match for Sunny, he decides to pair her with Ginni. Sunny is more than ready, obviously. Shoba guides him to reach his heart. Sunny goes on his way, but one day Ginni realizes that he is still friends with Nishant Rathe (Suhail Nair). The two separated 1 1 year ago, but are still relatively close and confused about their situation. Sunny is tired, but Shobha tells him to keep trying. Although they almost agree to marry Sunny, they will soon have a moment of intimacy. Unfortunately, this is when Nishant left. He proposed marriage to Ginni. Navjot Gulati and Sumit Arora were narrating stories. But screen entertainment of Navjot Gulati and Sumit Arora. To maintain interest, the authors tried to incorporate some moments of the novel during the story. This is not an easy task, especially if the main plot is shot down. Therefore, the writers should definitely take pride in managing the characters and plot more and more points, so that the audience does not get the sentiment. That being said, some scenarios are still predictable. The Gurdwara episode, though moving forward, can be expected by some viewers miles away. The same goes for some peak improvement. The conversation between Navjot Gulati and Sumit Arora is fun, clean, very fun, and it enhances the entertainment facilities.

Puneet Khanna's movement is simple and complex. For the first time, the director is handling several scenes including Panche. The film's pace is neither too fast nor too slow, and the way Ginny and Sunny fall for each other feel very organic. Like writers, he also tries to touch the stories of the novel. The most interesting part, in this case, is that the third time character Nishant gets tragic song scenes in the second part! On the other hand, a 125-minute film can be shortened to 5 or 10 minutes, especially in the second half. Some cinematic freedoms are hard to digest. For example, it is amazing that Ginny does not even realize for a moment that a smart girl like Sunny accidentally meets her anywhere. Secondly, the way Sunny took her and Neha Gulati (Isha V Talwar) out the day before the wedding was strange, especially since we did not ask anyone from Neha about her whereabouts.

Ginny Vets Sunny starts with a good note and immediately introduces the characters to their flaws, qualities, and challenges. Ginni's scene is particularly fun. Interestingly, not only the characters but the supporting characters also contribute to the entire entertainment of the film. This is particularly the case with Puppy and Shoba and the mobility they share. Shoba's scenes of Sunny have a great scene from 'Love Guru'. The Mussoorie chapter is sweet. If Nishant proposes Ginni, it is dramatic and if shown in theaters, the film is the breakpoint. After the break, the film slows down a bit and the comedy slows down as well. However, some scenes look as if Ginni's domestic game and all her romantic passions are gone, as in the Gurdwara episode. The latter adds a brief bite of nail and pleasure.

Vikrant Massey gives the best performance. The actor was often part of the main films or pushed into sub-parts in the main films. This is his first commercial film as the main protagonist and his work is very good. His comic timing and his attempts at not riding on it are highly commendable. Yami Kootam provides another memorable performance after Bala [2019]. Here, his character is not much, he acts accordingly. He is spinning in some scenes, most notably in pre-climax and climax. Also, special mention should be made of the chemistry of Vikrant and Yami. It is electrifying! Ayesha Raza is in very good condition and she has a very important role in the film. Rajiv Gupta, who was recently involved in Virgin Banupriya [2020], is on a different level. His verses contribute to humor. The manga group did not get much patronage. However, Michelle Vyas left a mark. Suhail Nair is decent and de. Venus is well suited for her role in the single. Isha V Talwar is fair. Gurpreet Saini (Sumit) is funny. Sanjeet Puri (Barna), VP Kalra (Piles uncle in Metro), Munish Dev Mohan (Neha's father), Deepak Satta (Neha's uncle) are very good.

The music is decent. ‘Saavn Mei Lock Ki Aag’ goes on quite well, surprisingly, it looks like a promotional track, but it is actually part of the film's story. ‘Rubaru’ and Sal Bir Sala ’are used well in the background while ob label’ is tapped on the foot. 'Funk Funk K' was used in the previous climax and finale of the film. Prasad S's background mark is similar to the film's story.

The cinematography of Nathan Nagaraj is clean and also occupies Delhi, Noida, and Metro networks. Ashwini Srivastava's product designs are particularly appealing to Ginni and Sunny's homes. Mandira Shukla dresses are fine, but Amandeep Kaur dresses are very attractive and attractive for Yami Kuttam. U & V Media's VFX is average and could have been better in the Hot Air Balloon line. Sandeep Sethi's editing is good.

Overall, Ginny Vets Sunny is a regular, but a must-see thanks to the well-written screen and electrochemistry of Vikrant Massey and Yami Kuttam. Furthermore, it is a pure comforter, free from any infamy and abuse, and is, therefore, an ideal family.
